Missions | Rescuing Children
CARING FOR ORPHANED CHILDREN
We bring the children out of the orphanages and at risk situations to rehabilitate and re-socialize them, then place them into foster families. We also have a "special needs" wing - so that we can care for "physically challenged" children.
Last year we rescued 211 children and placed them into a family. This year, our goal is to rescue 200 more.
Because of your support, The Village of Hope in Recas, Romania is:
- Rescuing children out of Romania's worst orphanages and at risk situations
- Preparing each child to live in a family
- Finding a qualified foster family for each child
- Training & equipping parents to handle unique needs of these children
- Helping foster families with emotional and financial support
